EVOLUTIONARY PERFORMANCE
EVOLUTIONARY PERFORMANCE
Athletic Training LLC
Our Mission
Providing competitive athletes with research- & clinically-based rehabilitation programs to both improve performance and maintain health.
Why EVOLUTIONARY?
We knew our goal was to change the environment of rehabilitation and performance enhancement in athletics, particularly tennis. Many current rehabilitation standards were created by what is popular in other sports. There was a clear opportunity for us to change that dynamic and emphasize the needs of tennis athletes, by using both current/new research and past experiences to develop rehabilitation protocols.
We want our approach to continue to EVOLVE as research grows and the sport changes. We also want our athletes to continue to EVOLVE both on the court and in their health.
About Us
Hi! I’m Morgan Adams, a Certified Athletic Trainer with many years of experience working with collegiate athletes, primarily tennis players. While continuing to provide care as a full-time Athletic Trainer at a Division I University, I realized that the tennis community outside of college athletics is missing something important… access to medical care.
Those participating in tennis competition, particularly through major professional organizations, have limited access to athletic trainers or physiotherapists. When competing, athletes have access to emergency care (and sometimes massage) but the opportunity to have health maintenance and preventative care is significantly lacking.
Evolutionary Performance Athletic Training was created to provide research- and clinically-based rehabilitation programs not only for those looking to improve their game, but also maintain their health.
I can’t wait to work with you!

FAQs
-
Evolutionary Performance was designed and created for competitive tennis players (excluding current collegiate athletes) over the age of 18.
-
Great question! As a collegiate athletic trainer, I feel that working with clients who already have access to an Athletic Trainer would be a disservice to both them and their Athletic Trainer.
However, once you graduate we would love to have you join us!
-
For our basic programs the minimum equipment required is 1-2 resistance bands.
For those who elect to choose a custom program, equipment will be discussed and programming will be developed based on what you have available.
-
Generally speaking, programs should take no more than 20-30 minutes.
Basic programs are created to be completed 3 days per week (per joint).
Custom programs will be written to fit your timeline goals and needs, therefore range from 2-7 days a week.
-
Absolutely! If at any point in your programming you would like to change to a different program, add joints, or reassess the plan you can simply contact us and we will work through what that change would require.
