  • Each joint program is designed to be completed 3 days per week (~20min/day)

  • Variety of mobility, stretching, and strengthening

  • Receive PDF document with exercises and reps/sets

  • Equipment required: 1-2 resistance bands, optional dumbbells

  • Follow-up contact after 4-6 weeks

Semi-Customized

$150/month

  • Short survey followed by email discussion to review your areas for improvement, level of play, and time commitment

  • Integrated program to incorporate all areas

  • Program written based on days-per-week and time-per-session

  • Bi-Monthly check-ins (every-other month)

  • Opportunity for progressions

    • With subscription renewal

  • Exclusive access to additional, member only, resources

Customized

$350/month

  • Short survey followed by call to determine the program that is best for you

  • Additional call to discuss areas for improvement, level of play, time commitment, competition schedule, and injury history

  • Program written based on specific training and competition schedule and time available per session — no need to plan on your own!
